- With over 400 sets of in-house additive manufacturing and re-manufacturing equipment, BLT can printmaterials including titanium, titanium alloys, high-temperature alloys, copper, copper alloys, stainless steel, mold steel, high-strength steel, tungsten alloys, and more. BLT provides more than 60 types of formable materials that adhere to industry standards like aerospace specifications, ASTM, AMS, ISO, and SAE, encompassing a wide range of particle sizes.
- Utilizing metal LPBF, DED, WAAM, and other processes, BLT achieves a maximum forming size of 1500mmx1500mmx1200mm(WxDxH) with metal LPBF
- Post-processing services include wire cutting, grinding, polishing, precision machining, and heat treatment.
- BLT provides various tests for metal materials, including chemical composition analysis, mechanical properties, physical properties, microstructure, geometric measurements of metal parts, and non-destructive testing.
- BLT is certified with quality management systems like ISO 9001:2015, AS 9100D/EN 9100:2018, as well as Nadcap certifications for material testing, non-destructive testing, heat treatment, and measurement inspection.
